What exactly is included in the Premium Package & Basic Package?
Upon enrollment in the Premium or Basic Package, you will receive instant access to HD video courses that will introduce you to key modeling concepts and take you through the model building process in an intuitive, step-by-step manner. From the video course pages, you can download a course PDF manual as well as the Excel financial model templates, SEC filings, research reports, and other documents you will use to build real financial models from scratch.
What is the difference between the Premium and the Basic Package?
The Basic Package covers financial statement modeling and Excel best practices. It does not cover transactional modeling, such as LBO, and Mergers and Acquisitions modeling. Furthermore, it does not cover valuation modeling, such as DCF or comparable company analysis, or
comparable transaction analysis. The Premium Package includes all topics covered in the Basic Package, plus: DCF modeling, Comparable
company analysis, Comparable transaction analysis, LBO Modeling, M&A Modeling and Advanced Accounting Topics.
If I purchase the Basic Package, will I be able to upgrade to the Premium Package?
You can enroll in the Basic Package first and later upgrade to the Premium Package. The cost is simply the $299 difference. Upon enrollment in the Basic Package, you?ll receive a link to the Premium Package upgrade page.

How does the certification work?
Excel Ninja’s Certificate of Financial & Valuation Modelling is awarded to those who complete the Premium Package or a Excel Ninja Financial and Valuation Modelling Boot Camp and have passed the Certification Exam by scoring 70% or above. The 3 hour examination in administered online, and users may attempt to take it no more than 3 times within 24 months from the date of enrolment. Proof of certification is available for users to download upon passing the exam. There are no additional fees. The certification is issued by Excel Ninja.
Once certified, designation can be used on your resume to indicate successful completion. Since we train at many investment banks and most are familiar with our training program, certification can be an advantage in the recruiting process. Learn More: Does Excel Ninja’s Certification Matter?
Is there a Certification available for courses other than the Premium Package?
Only users who complete the Premium Package or a Excel Ninja Financial and Valuation Modelling Boot Camp are eligible for Excel Ninja’s
Certification of Financial & Valuation Modeling. However, all programs are eligible for a Certificate of Completion upon request.
